Crock Pot Ribs With Homemade BBQ Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 4 -5 lbs pork spareribs, cut into pieces (preferbly boneless)
  • 1 medium onion, sliced thin
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup cider vinegar
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • hot sauce , to taste

Directions:

  1. Place half the meat in crock pot.
  2. Top with half the onion.
  3. Repeat layers.
  4. Mix all the other ingredients and pour over meat.
  5. Cover, cook on low 8-9 hours.
