Slow Cooker..tangy Steak Supper

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Roll steak in flour; brown in a skillet with 1/2 cup salad dressing -
  2. Add salt and pepper to taste -
  3. Arrange in a slow cooker -
  4. Add remaining ingredients, onion, green pepper and pineapple, if using -
  5. Cover and heat on low setting for 8-10 hours or on high setting for 4-6 hours -
  6. Serve over prepared rice.
  7. Sometimes we go the comfort food route - and have mashed potatoes in place of noodles.
