Ingredients:

  • 1 stick of cinnamon
  • 4'5 cloves
  • 1 tbsp hawthorn berry (optional)
  • 6 cup water
  • 300'350g prok libs
  • 1 '2 clove garlic
  • 1'2 tsp soysauce
  • salt to taste
  • dark soya sauce (normal soya sauce)

Directions:

  1. Put all spices in a small cotton bag
  2. Put cotton bag in to 6 cup of water , boil for 20 min.
  3. Add pork lib and garlic and boil another 20 min.
  4. Mince chill and mix with dark soya sauce for dip.
  5. Ready to serve.
  6. If you have not enough time to do all of process in the morning, you can prepare until step before the night before.
