Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In medium saucepan, stir together garlic, salt, beer, red pepper flakes and white pepper. Cover and bring to a boil. Simmer for 3 minutes. Stir in shrimp. Quickly return to boiling. Reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer for 2 minutes. Transfer to heatproof bowl. Cover tightly with plastic wrap. Chill for at least 1 hour or overnight.
  2. Remove shrimp with a slotted spoon. Pour beer mixture into medium saucepan. Bring to a boil. Boil, uncovered, for 6 to 8 minutes, or until reduced to 1/4 cup. Remove from heat. Whisk in green onions, red wine vinegar, mustards and olive oil. Pour over shrimp. Cover and marinate. Stir in parsley just before serving.
