Ingredients:

  • 1 quart beet
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Cook beets (skins on and scrubbed), cool and peel.
  2. Prepare solution.
  3. Put beets in jars.
  4. Pour solution over beets.
  5. Seal jars.
