Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix the mayonnaise and cheeses. Stir in the artichoke, spinach and red bell pepper. Spread into a one-quart oven proof casserole dish and spinkle with the monterey cheese.
  2. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes until heated through and bubbly and the cheese is melted. Serve with tortilla chips! Delicious!
