Silverbeet and Fetta Triangles

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Clean and roughly chop silverbeet.
  2. Melt butter with olive oil in large saucepan.
  3. Saute silverbeet until it reduces in size and goes limp.
  4. Add salt, pepper and lemon juice.
  5. Remove from heat and allow to cool.
  6. Preheat oven to 220 degrees C.
  7. Combine with crumbled feta cheese.
  8. Divide mixture into each puff pastry slice.
  9. Turn puff pastry corner to corner to make a triangle and press ends together.
  10. Brush with beaten egg.
  11. Bake in oven for 20 minutes.
