Ingredients:

  • 1 lb shrimp boiled peeled chopped in food processor
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 3/4 cup celery minced
  • 2 tbsp onion grated
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp curry
  • tabasco to taste
  • seasoning salt to taste

Directions:

  1. Boil and peel shrimp -chop in food processor
  2. Add remaining ingredients
  3. Mix well and refrigerate
  4. Serve with club crackers
