Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp chef prudhommes seafood magic seasoning
  • 2 tbsp lemons or 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 2 tbsp parsley
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 lb shrimp

Directions:

  1. Thaw shrimp according to directions.
  2. Remove shells.
  3. Cut Yellow Pepper into 1/2 inch chunks.
  4. Mix all ingredients and marinade 1/2 hour.
  5. Cook in 450 degree oven for 10 minutes
  6. Serve immediately over rice.
