  1. Melt butter in a medium saucepan. Add mushrooms and garlic and simmer 5 minutes.
  2. Blend in flour, salt, mustard, and cayenne. Slowly add milk and cook on medium heat, stirring constantly, until thick.
  3. Add wine, shrimp, and parsley.
  4. Pour into a greased 2 1/2 quart casserole dish. Sprinkle with Parmesan and mozzarella cheeses.
  5. Bake at 300 degrees for 20-30 minutes until hot and bubbly.
