I got this recipe from a co-worker. The first time I made it, my boys ate all of it. The next time I added a second pound of shrimp with the same amount of marinade. My boys ate all of that as well. I always serve over rice. Ingredients:
1/2 cup vegetable oil |
2 tablespoons chef prudhommes seafood magic seasoning |
2 tablespoons lemons or 2 tablespoons lime juice |
2 tablespoons parsley |
1 tablespoon honey |
1 tablespoon soy sauce |
1 dash cayenne pepper |
1 medium yellow bell pepper |
1 lb shrimp |
rice |
Directions:
1. Thaw shrimp according to directions. 2. Remove shells. 3. Cut Yellow Pepper into 1/2 inch chunks. 4. Mix all ingredients and marinade 1/2 hour. 5. Cook in 450 degree oven for 10 minutes 6. Serve immediately over rice. |
