Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat the oil in a deep skillet or wok.
  2. Saute the onion and celery 5 minutes.
  3. Mix in the pork, soy sauce and sprouts.
  4. Cook 2 minutes.
  5. Mix the cornstarch with the broth.
  6. Add to the skillet, stirring steadily to the boiling point.
  7. Cook 3 minutes more.
  8. Serve with rice or chow mein noodles.
