Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp dried thyme
  • 1/4 cup kosher salt
  • 1/4 cup onion powder
  • 1/4 cup paprika
  • 1/8 cup garlic powder
  • 1/8 cup black pepper

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients in a resealable bag. Makes enough for about 10 cuts of meat.
