Shirataki Noodle and Tuna Bake

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Drain noodles. Cut into pieces, and parboil for 2 minutes to rid of odor.
  2. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  3. Spray casserole with butter flavored non-stick spray.
  4. Mix noodles, tuna, soup, and seasonings, and pour into casserole. Add breadcrumbs to top if desired.
  5. Bake 30 minues.
