Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Saute onions and garlic in melted butter.
  2. Add flour. Cook for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
  3. Add beef broth, whisk vigorously to combine. Add tomato paste, Worctesterchire Sauce, Oregano, salt and pepper. Cook until thickened, stirring often.
  4. Add mixed veggies, reduce heat to simmer for another 5 minutes.
  5. Pour mixture into 9 by 13 pan.
  6. Top with mashed potatoes.
  7. Bake for 20 minutes at 400 degrees.
