Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 5 medium potatoes
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 cup 2% milk
  • 3/4 cup corn

Directions:

  1. Fry Ground Beef with olive oil, add salt and allspice to taste.
  2. Peel and chop potatoes and boil till done.
  3. Mash potatoes with butter and milk.
  4. Place prepared ground beef in an oven dish, spead corn niblets on top, then mashed potatoes.
  5. Place in 375 oven for about 30 minutes, or until potatoes have browed in places.
