Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Melt butter in roasting pan. Toss chicken, potatoes and garlic into pan. Toss with spatula to coat. Bake at 400 for an hour for bone in chicken and 375 for 45 mins for boneless. Baste occasionally. Combine syrup with salt and brush chicken and potatoes and bake an additional 15 minutes To serve, arrange chicken, garlic and potatoes on serving platter. Sprinkle with parsley to complete the look . Diners should be instructed to squeeze garlic from their skins and spread their soft, sweet goodness onto the chicken and potatoes. Make sure to serve with a good loaf of bread to sop up the remaining gravy . Ahh, I know what I'm making this weekend! Sooo good!
