Garlic Roasted Chicken With Maple Glaze

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. In a large roasting pan or dish, melt the butter in the oven.
  3. Peel and cube the potatoes.
  4. Place the chicken pieces, potatoes and garlic cloves in the buttery pan, turning to coat. Arrange chicken so skin sides are facing up.
  5. Sprinkle lightly with salt.
  6. Bake 40 - 45 minutes basting with pan juices every 20 minutes.
  7. Remove from oven and pour syrup over chicken.
  8. Return to oven for another 20 minutes or until golden.
