See-um Deviled Eggs

Ingredients:

  • 1 doz eggs
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 12 stuffed spanish olives cut in halves widthwise

Directions:

  1. In a large sauce pan cover 1 doz eggs with cold water, add salt Bring to a medium boil
  2. Allow to boil 11 minutes
  3. Immediately cool eggs in cold water (this will illiminate any green lining on yolks)
  4. Peel eggs
  5. Cut eggs lengthwise in halves
  6. Gently scoop egg yolks out of whites
  7. Set whites aside
  8. Mix egg yolks with mayo and sweet pickle relish
  9. Return yolk mixture to fill egg whites
  10. Sprinkle with paprika
  11. Top each yolk mixture with 1/2 stuffed Spanish Olive
