Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cut off the tough stem ends of each cauliflower and remove most of the outer leaves. Leave the cauliflowers intact.
  2. Place th cauliflowers in a pot filled with about 1 1/2 inches of boiling salted water, flower side down. Cover, steam about 15 minute until tender-crisp.
  3. Meanwhile, saute the onions in heated butter until soft. Add paprika.
  4. Drain the cauliflowers. Arange on serving dish. Top with the onion mixture. Serve immediately.
  5. Good served with marinated flank steak, baked or shoestring potatoes and rainbow sherbert for dessert.
