Scrambled Eggs With Dates

Ingredients:

  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • honey (optional)

Directions:

  1. Melt the butter on med heat.
  2. Add the chopped dates.
  3. Fry for 3-5 minutes stirring often.
  4. Beat the eggs in a seperate bowl and add to the pan.
  5. Fry all ingredients until the eggs are set.
  6. Serve with a drizzel of honey (optional).
