Ingredients:
3 large dates, and chopped (pitted)
3 large eggs
2 tablespoons butter
honey (optional)
Directions:
1. melt the butter on med heat.
2. add the chopped dates.
3. fry for 3-5 minutes stirring often.
4. beat the eggs in a seperate bowl and add to the pan.
5. fry all ingredients until the eggs are set.
6. serve with a drizzel of honey (optional).
