Ingredients:

  • 10 eggs
  • 1 tsp of butter or margine
  • 2 pieces of cheese
  • pinch of salt
  • pinch of peper
  • 1 cup milk

Directions:

  1. Mix eggs, milk, salt in peper in a large bowl till mixed completely
  2. Turn stove top oven to medium heat and spread butter/margine in pan
  3. Once pan is heated add the egg mixture in the pan
  4. Let sit in pan for 5 minutes
  5. Start scrammbling the eggs in the pan
  6. Add cheese to the eggs and scramble once again
  7. Put them on a plate with some of my great french toast and ENJOY!
