Directions:

  1. Fry sausages in pan until browned.
  2. Add veggies and apple; brown.
  3. Add curry, dried fruit, coconut and water.
  4. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
  5. Add golden syrup and salt.
  6. Simmer 5 minutes.
  7. Serve with rice.
