Ingredients:

  • 4 cups corn
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup cracker crumb (she used ritz)
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • salt and pepper

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients in order given.
  2. Butter sides and bottom of 9 x9 pan and pour corn mixture into it.
  3. Bake on slow (325 degree)oven for 25 minutes. Enjoy.
