Scallion Eggs

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup scallion
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil

Directions:

  1. Heat oil in a medium sized skillet over meduim heat.
  2. Add eggs and scallions.
  3. Use a wisk to move cooked eggs to side of skillet.
  4. Once all eggs are in the pile serve hot.
  5. If you would like harder eggs break the pile and cook until eggs reach desired consistency.
