Sausage Spinach Tomato Pasta

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook pasta according to box directions.
  2. In a sauce pan, heat olive oil, Italian seasoning and garlic.
  3. Add tomatoes and spinach and sauté until heated through.
  4. Add wine and simmer until evaporates.
  5. Add butter and cream cheese and let melt.
  6. Add half-and-half and stir until heated through. If the sauce becomes too thick. add some of the pasta water to thin it out.
  7. Place pastas in a big bowl, pour sauce over the pasta.
  8. Add sliced sausage on top and sprinkle with feta.
  9. Enjoy.
