Ingredients:

  • 2 cups bisquick
  • 1 cup cornmeal
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups milk or 1 1/2 cups water

Directions:

  1. Fry and crumble sausage or chorizo, drain.
  2. Mix together bisquick, cornmeal, eggs, milk or water.
  3. Fold in sausage and spoon into greased muffin tins.
  4. Bake 375 degree oven for 9-11 minutes.
