Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups bisquick
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup

Directions:

  1. Grease and flour 9x13 pan.
  2. Beat together bisquick, sugar, eggs, milk, syrup, and 1/2 cup cheese.
  3. Pour into casserole.
  4. Bake 425 degrees for 10-15 minutes, uncovered.
  5. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and bacon.
  6. Bake 3-5 minutes more until cheese is melted.
  7. Serve warm with additional warmed maple syrup, if desired.
