Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup butter
  • sea salt (or regular)
  • 1 lb pecan halves

Directions:

  1. Melt butter to cover the bottom of the pan - about 1/2 stick or + for a pound of pecan halves.
  2. Sprinkle garlic salt on butter.
  3. Sprinkle sea salt (or regular) on butter.
  4. Pour in 1 lb pecan halves.
  5. Stir.
  6. Sprinkle a little more salt.
  7. Bake 250 degrees for about 45 minutes, stirring 3 or 4 times.
  8. Pour on newspaper to drain.
  9. When cool, store in 'fridge.
