Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a large pot, combine all but tomato paste.
  2. Simmer until desired consistency.
  3. Add tomato paste and stir.
  4. Ladle hot salsa into sterilized, hot jars leaving 1/4 inch headspace.
  5. Process 15 minutes in hot water bath.
  6. Note: The more jalapeno peppers you add, the hotter it will be. Add less for milder salsa and more for hotter salsa.
