Salmon Salad Marguerite

Ingredients:

  • 1 (6 1/2 oz) can salmon (or tuna)
  • 1 tbsp salt (or to taste)
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 tbsp pepper (or to taste)
  • 4 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp india relish

Directions:

  1. Combine salmon and salt in a large bowl.
  2. Mix in green pepper, onion, celery, pepper, mayonnaise and relish.
  3. Serve on a bed of lettuce.
