Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup milk (a wee bit less)
  • 1/8 tsp sage (optional)
  • 1 tbsp onion

Directions:

  1. Beat eggs well.
  2. Add remaining ingredients.
  3. Pour into small greased casserole dish or loaf pan.
  4. Bake 350 F, for 1 hour or until knife inserted comes out clean.
