Salmon Fillets With Apple Butter

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups thinly sliced yellow onions
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 lb salmon fillet
  • 1/2 cup apple butter

Directions:

  1. Melt butter in skillet. Add onions and brown.
  2. Place in casserole dish and put fillets on onions. Spread with a thin layer of apple butter.
  3. Cook in oven at 375 F for 20 to 25 minutes.
