Ingredients:

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup dijon mustard
  • 3 tbsp brown sugar

Directions:

  1. Place salmon on baking tray.
  2. Blend all sauce ingredients.
  3. Smooth on slamon.
  4. Bake in oven for 18-20 minutes at 180°C.
