Salad-E Shirazi(Iranian Tomato Salad)

Ingredients:

  • 4 medium tomatoes
  • 2 small cucumbers
  • 1 medium onion
  • 3 -4 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 2 -3 tbsp virgin olive oil
  • 1 -2 tbsp fresh mint
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Directions:

  1. Wash and peel cucumbers. Wash tomatoes and mint. Peel onion. Chop cucumbers, tomatoes, and onion VERY finely, and mix.
  2. Chop mint very finely and add.
  3. Add fresh lime juice, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Mix well and serve cool.
