Ingredients:

  • 1 1/3 cups warm water
  • 1/2 cup wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup rye flour
  • 2 cups bread flour
  • 1 1/2 tbsp honey
  • 1 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 2 tsp yeast

Directions:

  1. Follow the directions for your particular brerad machine when adding the ingredients. Our machine starts with the warm water and other liquids first.
  2. Add the dry ingredients in order with the yeast on top.
  3. Set the machine to the Wheat Bread cycle, 1.5 lb loaf size, light or medium crust color.
  4. Add the Whole Caraway Seeds when the fruit/nut beeper goes off, If your machine doesn't have a fruit/nut beeper the add the caraway seeds last.
