Ingredients:

  • 1 1/3 cups warm water
  • 1/2 cup rye flour
  • 1/2 cup wheat flour
  • 2 cups bread flour
  • 1 1/2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 3 tbsp dry milk
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tsp nutmeg
  • 2 tsp yeast

Directions:

  1. Follow your machine instructions, mine starts with the water first. Add the wheat and rye flour next, with the yeast as the last item.
  2. Set the machine for wheat bread, light or medium crust, 1.5lb loaf size.
