Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup water

Directions:

  1. Add only enough water so you can knead into a soft ball.
  2. Let it sit for about 10 mins
  3. Roll out with rolling pin in the shape of a tortilla
  4. Cook over medium heat in frying pan or on griddle. cook until you see little bubbles
  5. Flip to the other side a cook for a few mins
  6. Flip again and press down with paper towel
  7. Serve as a side dish to indian food or soups.
