1/4 cup water
Directions:
1. add only enough water so you can knead into a soft ball.
2. let it sit for about 10 mins
3. roll out with rolling pin in the shape of a tortilla
4. cook over medium heat in frying pan or on griddle. cook until you see little bubbles
5. flip to the other side a cook for a few mins
6. flip again and press down with paper towel
7. serve as a side dish to indian food or soups.
