Roasted Garlic Spread

  • 2 tbsp olive oil


  1. Preheat oven to 250
  2. Slice off 1/3 inch off top of garlic bulb
  3. Place on baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
  4. Bake for 30 min until outside is browned and cloves are soft.
  5. *It may take a few tries of testing how soft the cloves are before you are sure it's done.
  6. The cloves should easy slide out with a spoon or knife. This is great spread on a baguette!
