Roasted Garlic Dip or Dressing

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Cut tops off of garlic, place on baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil ( you can also wrap the bulbs together in aluminum foil to bake).
  3. Bake in oven for 45 to 60 minutes, until the garlic is light brown on top.
  4. Remove garlic from the casings.
  5. Mix milk or soy milk, sour cream, cream cheese, onion powder, sage and thyme to a blender.
  6. Blend until smooth. ( Note: I use a Vita Mix blender so this may be harder with a conventional blender, you may have to add the cream cheese in chunks so that it doesn't overwhelm the blender. ).
  7. Chill until you are ready to serve.
