Roasted Cauliflower

Ingredients:

  • 1-2 cloves of garlic
  • 4 tbsp olive oil (maybe more depending on size of head)
  • 1 tlbs red pepper flakes

Directions:

  1. Heat Oven to 400 Degrees
  2. Rough chop cauliflower, leaves and all.
  3. Mince Garlic
  4. Toss Cauliflower with oil, garlic, red pepper flakes and salt and pepper.
  5. Place in a roasting pan
  6. Roast in oven until cooked through and beginning to brown, about 40 minutes.
