Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Brown ground beef, onion and bell pepper. Drain.
  2. Pour Rotel tomatoes into a dutch oven and put cubed Velveeta cheese into tomatoes. Heat on medium-low heat until cheese is completely melted. Stirring frequently.
  3. Stir in ground beef mixture and chili hot beans.
  4. Heat thoroughly.
  5. Add jalapeno peppers and serve with tortilla chips.
