  1. Brown ground beef and drain.
  2. Add chopped onion, pepper, garlic and butter to meat mixture.
  3. Add tomatoes, tomato sauce and chopped cabbage.
  4. Salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Cover and cook until cabbage is tender.
