Ingredients:

  • 3 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup corn
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup green onions

Directions:

  1. Preheat 350 degrees
  2. Mix together all ingredients saving 1/2 cup of cheese
  3. Transfer to 1 qt casserole dish
  4. Sprinkle top with remaining cheese
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until cheese is melted
