Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a large non-metallic bowl, combine oranges, carrots kidney beans and Great Northern beans.
  2. Cover and chill well.
  3. In a medium bowl, combine all remaining ingredients, except lettuce.
  4. Cover and chill well.
  5. Lightly toss dressing with the orange, carrot and bean mixture.
  6. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Let stand to blend flavors.
  8. Serve over lettuce leaves.
