Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Melt butter in large heavy pot.
  2. Add onions and sauté over medium heat until translucent.
  3. Add garlic, flour, oregano and dill weed and cook 1 minute stirring constantly.
  4. Mixture will have a pasty consistency.
  5. Add sherry and continue cooking and stirring for another minute.
  6. Add broth and cream and bring to boil.
  7. Reduce heat and whisk in cheese cooking and whisking until cheese is melted.
  8. Add salt and pepper then serve immediately.
