Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Coat large saucepan with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Add sausage and onion.
  3. Cook about 5 minutes: sausage should be lightly browned and onion is tender.
  4. Add lima beans, corn, and undrained tomatoes.
  5. Boil uncovered 8-10 minutes.
  6. Stir occasionally until liquid is nearly evaporated.
  7. Serve with something like cornbread or biscuits and enjoy!
