Ingredients:

  • 2 medium size good red tomatoe
  • good amount of olive oil
  • salt n peper to taste

Directions:

  1. Slice the tomatoes in round shape so there is a secret to cut round tomatoes in a uniform shape is to use bread knife and with patiences... even cut mozerella in round shape ...
  2. Alternate tomato and cheese slices on a serving platter; drizzle with olive oil. cover n chill it for few hours in the fridge before serving add basil leaves...sprinkle n pepper to taste
  3. Tip : dont add salt to the tomatoe before putting it in to fridge as tomato will start loosing water ....
  4. Enjoy !!!!
